Risk & Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise risk management framework
• Ensure compliance with CMA, SAMA, and international regulations
• Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Report risk exposures to executive leadership and board committees

Requirements

• 6–8 years in risk management or financial compliance
• FRM or CAMS certification strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of Saudi financial sector regulations
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
