Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Handle patient enquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Process insurance documentation and assist with billing
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems
