Logistics Operations Coordinator

Fastlink Logistics is seeking detail-oriented Operations Coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods across our regional network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight and delivery operations across multiple routes
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues in real time
• Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for management
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in TMS/WMS logistics software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
