Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of premium residential and commercial construction projects across Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction from planning to handover
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Control project budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Liaise with government authorities and obtain required approvals
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements

• 6–8 years of civil project management experience
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and budget
